Make sure you stay in the a double room with balcony in the evening till midnight, bathrooms plus shower. Incredibly nice, accommodating staff, thanks for treating me so well.

The hotel was in a great location, right in the middle of the Medina. The staff was friendly and always went above and beyond to help. The breakfast provided was delicious, and the restaurant served excellent food. the room we stayed in was comfortable and had a nice view of the street.
One thing we didn't appreciate was when the hotel provided a guide to take us to the Kasbah, but it felt like it was all about getting us to the carpet store. It would have been better if the guide focused more on showing us the sights rather than pushing us to buy something.

We had 1 romantic day here, recommend the place. We really enjoyed the hotel, it was beautiful and had stunning location not far from the very centre of the “ medina ”, common areas like bathroom and restaurant and Hercules cave. Property’ s breakfast was great with pastries, olives and could satisfy any taste.

During my New Year's stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the two complimentary items that the hotel offered. The hotel's prime location was a major plus for us, allowing easy access to many sights, and the rooftop terrace was a tranquil escape from the bustling city below. The staff were friendly and hospitable, making our stay welcoming and relaxed.
The breakfast was unimpressive, and the baked goods tasted stale. Although we had high expectations for dinner at the hotel restaurant, the dishes were overpriced and lacked the flavors found in nearby restaurants.

The interior design at this place is amazing and we found it easy to reach the Petit socco area; the staff were excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, plus there was public parking available.

Gorgeous hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed its great location.
I found everything great, do recommend it to anyone. The property was fairly clean, the room was family-friendly and luxurious. The restaurant was panoramic for dinner, I tried excellent dishes. Courtyard view was a bonus, very pleasant and amazingly nice staff from receptionist to waiting staff.
